We ship across Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

  • Delivery time estimates are shared on the product page.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong (e.g., not the item you ordered).

  • The product has a visible manufacturing defect.

Important Conditions:

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery man.

  • Claims made after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.

  • If a customer opens the package inside the home and then claims damage or defect, it will not be considered valid.

  • Products will not be returned or exchanged if the customer chooses the wrong measurement during ordering.

  • Notify us about the problem while the delivery man is still there in case of valid issues.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

 

4. Product Characteristics

 

All our items are hand-block printed. As a result:

  • There may be slight color variations due to lighting and photography.

  • Occasional tiny dye splashes may be visible on the fabric — these are natural signs of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

We appreciate your understanding and value for handmade beauty.
